Our Shipping
Our standard shipping is a "Flat Fee" of $9.95 per order shipped to the Continental US, and orders totaling over $150, shipping is free to the continental US. Shipping to areas outside the Continental US may incure additional costs depending on location. If you live outside the Continental US, please call us with your order and we will quote the shipping fees for your location. You may call us at (970) 577-1196. We accept orders by phone Monday through Friday 10AM-5PM MST.
Our Return Policy
Customer service is our top priority at scentchipscolorado. All of our merchandise is checked for damage prior to shipping. If you feel the need to return an item, call for authorization. No unauthorized returns will be accepted.
